Silver, Golden & Diamond Jubilee - 2022

22nd March, 2022 was a great day at JMJ Provincialate, Snehalaya Guntur Province. The day has dawned by thanking God with a Bhajan service. We could feel the sparkling joy and exciting energy for all the Diamond, Golden and Silver Jubilarians of our CJMJ.

As we gathered together for the Eucharistic celebration the jubilation began with trumpet blow, the Aspirants with their rhythmic steps led the Jubilarians along with the chief celebrant to the dwelling place of God. Sr. Kochumary the councilor welcomed everyone to the Solemn Holy Eucharist with her inspiring introduction.

We were very glad to have Rev. Fr. Jayaraj SJ as the chief celebrant to grace the jubilee mass. He has given a very inspiring and thought provoking homily; it moved our hearts and minds to realize our commitment and to respond to the Lord. Meaningful intercessory prayers were offered for various needs of the Congregation. Sr. Santha Kumari P the councilor proposed the vote of thanks and thanked everyone for their presence and praying for the jubilarians. We sincerely appreciate the choir for their melodious singing, this empowered us to experience the presence of God.

After the meaningful Eucharistic celebrations, the jubilarians were appreciated and honored by the Provincial Superior Rev. Sr. Tresa and Council. Sisters from far and nearby community greeted and wished them. The Students from St. Joseph’s CBSE School, Pedakakani and JMJ EM School, Nagarjuna Nagar and the Novices captivated the audience with the delightful cultural programme, which infused happiness and excitement to all of us. At the end we had a cake cutting ceremony and a greeting song was sung to the celebrities of the day. The jubilarians felt the love, sisterhood and gratitude to the Congregation of JMJ as they proposed the vote of thanks. Finally, a fabulous banquet was served. Indeed it’s a day of joy and happiness to all the jubilarians and to the JMJ family.
